for the use of human health services provided by Art ‘N Hair Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1044 Budapest, Megyeri út 53.; Company Registration Number: 01-09-348509, Tax Number: 27084731-2-41; TEV: 8690).
1.1. Art ‘N Hair Limited Liability Company – hereinafter referred to as: Art ‘N Hair Private Clinic – is an economic entity authorized to provide privately funded human health services, possessing all necessary official permits, physical and human resources required by the relevant legislation and professional protocols.
1.2. These General Terms and Conditions – hereinafter: GTC – define the general terms of the treatment contract between the Private Clinic and the patient using privately funded human health services – hereinafter: Patient – not otherwise regulated in the contract. These terms are considered as provisions of the contract between the parties. The GTC form an inseparable part of the contract concluded between the parties.
1.3. The Patient acknowledges the GTC as binding by signing the treatment contract (patient registration, consent form) and confirms that they have read and accepted the content.
1.4. The Private Clinic reserves the right to unilaterally amend the GTC at any time. The amended GTC becomes effective upon publication on the Clinic’s website (artnhair.hu).
1.5. These GTC come into effect on January 1, 2020, and are valid until revoked or amended.
2.1. The Service is provided by the Private Clinic based on the treatment contract (patient registration, consent form) concluded between the Clinic and the Patient, ensuring the Patient’s right to self-determination.
2.2. The provision of the Service requires the cooperation of both parties. The Patient is obliged to inform the Private Clinic and the treating physician about all facts and circumstances necessary for the diagnosis, the preparation of an appropriate treatment plan, and the performance of interventions. The Patient acknowledges that certain treatments may require additional information and a separate contract or consent form for the use of human health services.
If the Patient fails to fulfill their contractual and statutory obligation to provide information, the Private Clinic is exempt from the consequences, and neither the Clinic nor the treating physician is liable for any professional or financial responsibility arising from this.
2.3. During the treatment, the treating physician and other persons involved in the care may be present, as well as any individuals whose presence the Patient has consented to.
3.1. The Private Clinic provides the Service as a privately funded human health service not covered by the National Health Insurance Fund (OEP), therefore the Service is subject to a fee. The Patient is required to pay the fee – hereinafter: Fee – according to the Private Clinic’s current price list published at its premises and on its website.
3.2. The price list details the mandatory fees (package prices) and their exact content.
3.3. The Patient accepts the Fee effective at the time of booking the Service.
3.4. The Fee is to be paid at the time of the treatment upon receiving an accounting document issued by the Private Clinic.
3.5. To reserve/schedule surgical appointments, the Private Clinic is entitled to request a surgical deposit. Details of payment methods and options will be provided to the Patient via email or in person after scheduling the desired appointment.
3.5.1. To reserve/schedule consultation and hair treatment appointments, the Private Clinic may request an appointment booking fee, with details of payment methods provided after the appointment is confirmed.
The deposit/booking fee can be paid via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer by the specified deadline.
In case of late payment or failure to meet the payment deadline, the Private Clinic reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the provisionally registered surgical, treatment, or consultation appointment.
3.6. The Private Clinic reserves the right to unilaterally modify the published price list at any time. The modified prices become effective upon publication on the Private Clinic’s website.
4.1. The procedure for using the Service follows the Clinic’s regulations, which are published in written form on the Clinic’s website.
5.1. Surgical appointments can be initiated by booking a consultation online or by phone. Hair transplantation surgeries are exclusively available at the Clinic’s location with 2 operating rooms in Budapest (1044 Budapest, Megyeri út 53. – also the registered office).
5.2. Surgeries are only performed following a personal or email consultation, health assessment, and problem evaluation.
5.3. The contractual relationship between the Patient and the Clinic is established by paying the surgical deposit for the reserved surgical date and by signing the surgical consent form on the day of the surgery. The contract for the surgery is also accepted and signed by both parties on the day of the surgery.
SURGICAL CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1. Cancelling or modifying a reserved surgical date within a certain period may result in financial penalties. The Patient agrees that Art ‘N Hair (Private Clinic) may deduct the following fees from the paid deposit in case of cancellation or modification of the surgical date:
6.2. Cancellation or modification of a surgical date can be made via email, phone, or in person. If a deduction is made from the deposit according to the above conditions, and the remaining amount does not cover the new surgical date deposit, the Patient must supplement the amount.
